How do I place an order?
Once you select your product (including its version or size), simply add it to your cart and proceed to check out. System will guide you step-by-step.

Payment and Shipping
Currently we accept PayPal and manual trasnfers as the method of payment. We are working to add also the 2CheckOut (online credit card payment provider) for those who prefer to use it. Once order is paid we will send you order confirmation and tracking number (both can be delivered in separate emails). Make sure you leave your email address for futher communication.
Shipping time may vary depending on your location.

Secure ordering & payment options
All orders can be paid through partnered platforms. That ensures we do not collect your credit card information and your payment remains fully secured from SSL security.

Returns & refunds
In case your decide that your purchase is not what you wanted, you have a right to return the unused product to us within 14 days. The delivery of the product needs to be organized by you individually.
In case of defects in the products you purchased, please contact us immediately through email or "contact us" page so that we can investigate what happened.
In both cases you are eligible for the refund which will be initiated based on the payment method you chose (paypal refund as an example)

Availability of the products
When you add your products into the cart, only available quantity, color or type of finish will be visible. If you see that desired color is not an option you can choose it means it is temporary unavailable.
